I write code and stuff.
The J in my name sounds like a Y. It’s pronounced “yawn”. It’s Danish.
I was named after the drunk actor who stared in that 80’s show Air wolf.
You had to think about what show that was for a second. As soon ad you remembered it though, you got instantly got the theme song stuck in your head.
I’m originally from Hawthorn NJ but have lived most of my life in Seattle WA.
In Seattle, the street gangs are clowns and are confronted by IRL superheros.

I wasn’t joking with that last sentence.
I’ve been in the Software Engineering industry for over ten years.
I’ve worked with projects and companies both big and small.
I’m a big advocate for Open Software.
I like Anime.
Not that cutesy Anime. Good Anime.
If you went to my my Anime list in that last link, you’ll think the list looks rather ugly.
I am aware of this. It’s rather new and I am working on writing some sweet code to snazz it up.
Yes, I used the word “snazz”. I am such a dweeb!
I also like Syfy.
Not the channel, but the genre.
STAR WARS not STAR TREK! Final Answer.
Actually, scratch that… FARSCAPE FTW!
I’m a “gamer”.
Mostly retro gaming lately since I currently lack modern hardware – both console and computer.
Speaking of computer: LINUX, MAC, WINDOWS – in that order.
Though I always find myself using Windows.
Not that Windows is bad, it’s certainly not. But if I were on the design team for Windows 8, some things would have been different.
I like all genres of music, with the exception of young country.
Mostly listen to Electronica / Ambient, Industrial, Jazz, Metal only if it’s GOOD METAL, and whatever else.
I write about stuff on here that I find interesting. Or that I think others might find interesting. Or sometimes I don’t.
That could be anything from tech tutorials to anime reviews.
It could be professional or personal.
Most of the time I am sure it will be meaningless…
